Cancellation Policy

Appointments with Dr Anna Fogli are at your request and require a £100 non-refundable consultation fee for new patients in order to secure an appointment. The fee is redeemable against treatment, If  you are unable to attend appointments, our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment, in order to reassign your appointment time to another patient.

Cancellations for medical reasons: Cancellations necessary due to previously unknown medical conditions will be rescheduled where possible. 

If you are on any course of treatment and fail to attend or are late (30 minutes or more) and the treatment cannot be performed, that treatment will be automatically deducted from the course. Please note that if you do not attend an appointment, or give short notice (less than 24 hours), or no notice, we may decline to offer you a further appointment.

However, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your procedure in the interest of the Patient safety and welfare.
